1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
- Consumables (e.g., toners, cartridges) must be unopened and sealed.
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and, if approved, a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely. Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products. Please retain your receipt and packaging for warranty claims.
