3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Location: County, constituency, and area determine shipping fees
• Order Value: Free shipping may apply for orders above certain thresholds
• Nairobi CBD: Free delivery for orders above KSh 2,000 within Nairobi CBD
• Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your selected delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Nairobi County: 1-3 business days
• Other Counties: 3-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

4. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

When your order is out for delivery:

• Our delivery partner will contact you using the phone number provided
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
• You may be required to provide identification upon delivery
• If you are unavailable, we will attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange an alternative time

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
• Do not accept damaged packages - refuse delivery and contact us immediately
• We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue
